Can`t play downloaded songs

I've downloaded a couple songs, (they have the green arrow) but when i go offline mode they wont play.

i already uninstall the app, clean the offline devices, reinstall the app but nothing works.

i pay for the premium just for listen offline and doesnt work

Can you please try wiping the cache partition of your phone? Here`s how to do it.

If it doesn`t work, can you please try all the options here?

If after all that stuff it continues the same, please continue informing me so I can think on what to propose next.

apparently i found the fix...

it seems that the wifi where i am had blocked spotify website (i can use the mobile app and desktop app as well) what i did it's just download the songs with the mobile data, and it seems to work fine.
