Can't play music

Can't play music

I have Spotify free on my LG G4, and this morning when I tried to play music it kept giving me a message saying "Get Premium now to play ad-free music anywhere." As far as I know, none of my settings have changed. I've tried closing out the app and going back in, restarting my phone, and letting it sit. Almost 12 hours later and it still gives me the same message. Does anyone have an idea about how I could fix this?

At free account You can play only random tracks. You can't play every track with free status.

I take it from your post that you've been able to play music before so are aware of the restrictions in place and that you can only shuffle pay.

Can you describe the steps you are taking up to the point you get that message? Is it as soon as you press the big green 'Shuffle' button?
