My Question or Issue

There are time that I can't play music its very slow on loading music to play and the app is very slow when changing music or trying to search for songs. I have uninstalled the app and installed X2 twice I have as well logged in and out of the app

Welcome to the community!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

 The above picture is my OS of my phone and yes I have tried all the above options that you have pointed still having the same problem.  Any other solution would be great help thank for your help so
