Can't play songs on mobile, but works on PC(web)

I use the same account and play the same song on web and mobile, however my mobile phone can't play the song:

It does work on Web, I'm wondering is it due to the region constraint? However I checked my region in both google play and spotify, they are fine.

Also, I have already reinstall the app many times, clean the data, etc., they won't work.

Is there any solution?
