Can't play videos outside of Spotify/Can't listen to musix without Premium

When I try to use an app that plays sound or video, the music automatically pauses. I never had this issye on my PC. Also, before starting my trial, I couldn't listen to my music, as I couldn't select the song, I had to use shuffleplay, another issue not present in the PC version. Is there a way to fix the secondary app issue? As for the shuffleplay issue, is that normal and that the PC version has more privilege, or is something wrong with Spotify?
