Can't recover playlists

I Uninstalled spotify and I now have now music, I tried all my logins and I think I need a device as I can't find my Playlist under the recover option. Any ideas people?!

Spotify automatically backs up the playlists you create. It’s super easy to access and restore them:

1. Log in to your account page on our website.
2. Click Recover playlist on the left. 
3. Click Restore by the playlist you want to recover.
4. Open Spotify. The newly restored playlist should appear at the bottom of your playlist collection.

It’s possible you might have another account the playlist is hiding away in. 

• Be sure you’re logging in to the account that originally created the playlist you’re after.
• See if you have an additional account the playlist could be hiding away in.
