Can't see speakers on my wifi network

Can't see speakers on my wifi network

I can't see any speakers on my home WiFi on my new Samsung Galaxy Flip 5. Other devices (Samsung/Android, iOS and Web) can all connect OK and can also see the Flip5 on the network. But it can't see them.

I have followed all the suggested remedies - connect/reconnect, remove/reinstall app etc.

Please help! Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If this is only happening on a single device, we'd recommend checking if the option "Show local devices only" is turned on. If so, turn it off or vice versa to see if it makes any difference.

 

Also, since some networks may have different channels (2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz), make sure your new phone is connected to the exact same Wi-Fi as the other devices.

 

If the issue persists, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
