Can't sign in??

Can't sign in??

I can't sign in on my Android device.  I do have a new phone.  I asked for a password reset and clicked the link for it.  It works on my PC but still doesn't on my new phone.  I get a "We're sorry, that email is taken"??  Of course it is, it's my email from before and still is!  I get a similar message with the username.  How can I get around this??  Thks

If nothing works, can you send us some screenshots of the error messages you're getting?
