My Question or Issue

I keep getting error while trying to login "you are offline"

I have tried the workaround indicated in the community solution 

- reinstall app

- eliminate the pwd from Google pwd manager

But nothing worked yet.

I created this thicket as indicated so that you can help me individually.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

Can you restart your device and try logging in again? If that doesn't help, I’d suggest trying to log in using another network.

Also, if you've been more than 14 days abroad, I would suggest that you follow these steps to update the country setting, since the error message could be caused by this.

The restart did not work but the profile edit yes!
