Hello!
Previously I have been able to sync the local files I have on my desktop to my phone, but a while ago they unsynced and since then I have been unable to resync them. What happens when I make a playlist and download it on my phone is that it will say it has been downloaded, but the tracks will still be greyed out and unplayable. I have gone through all the threads I could find on this topic and tried all the resolutions including; reinstalling Spotify on both devices, making sure the app is allowed through my firewall, making sure I have an abundance of memory, putting both devices in offline mode and then turning them back to online etc. I am however not able to get it to work.
Anyone that may have any other ideas?
Having the same problem. Worked fine until last week, and suddenly just stopped working..
