Cant Sync local files to android

Hey there,

if found already several threads about this topic, but in none a solution was found / offered. so i will try it it again:

i´m trying to sync songs of my own with spotify on andoid. i´ve already managed to put the files into the desktop app and to put it in a playlist. this playlist is also shown on my android device. but when i say "available offline" it doenst do anything but saying "downloading".  is there any solution to this issue?

I have the same problem on my iPhone atm.. Also haven't found a solution.
