My Question or Issue

Hi,

I cant log in to Spotify on my android device. Currently receiving message ' you are set to offline, please go online to connect..'

When I try to log in via facebook same message, when I click connect I get a blank black screen. No problem on the web player or any of my other devices. 

I've set to online in settings and reinstalled at least 3 times. This is driving me insane. I can see from the forums that this may be a bug ongoing from 2017!?   The other work around ie, clicking cancel at password, does not work!! this has been put forward by multiple people.

Help please?

Can you restart your device and try logging in again? If that doesn't help, I’d suggest trying to log in using another network, to see if the issue persists.

 

Another step that you can try is a clean reinstall, which ensures that your app is up to date and that the cache is not causing any issues.
