Cant play premium

I just paid for premium service but it says I don't have a premium service. 😞

It shows I have a premium account there also and I still can't use peemium servicea. The charges already posted to my bank accout.

Perhaps it's a glitch, have you tried logging out and then in and if that doesn't work uninstalling and installing the app again

Same thing's happening to me, just paid for premium, phone says I'm not. I know I have premium because it says it in my account and on the desktop app

How long have you had premium? Sometimes it takes a little time to activate.
