Cant play spotify via bkuetooth

My Question or Issue

I can't stream spotify via Bluetooth to any other devices. It used to work perfectly but for about a month or more now it wont play music. When connected to my ford ranger, I can control spotify via car controls, but no sound. Same as my dewalt music system, and JBL speakers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have deleted app caches including the Android system Bluetooth app, and I have checked all settings.

Every other music service I have still plays fine through these same external devices.

Any help?
