Clicking a recently played podcast episode from the home screen doesn't go to that episode

My Question or Issue

Clicking a podcast episode that you recently started playing from the top of the home screen in Android doesn't go to that specific podcast episode, but rather to the podcast page itself. This only happens in the recently played section at the top of the home screen. The "New Episodes" and "Episodes for you" sections work fine and take you to the correct episode.

Just to confirm, is this happening with all podcast episodes or only with a specific one? Also, does the issue persist with all podcasts?

On another note, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back into your account twice in a row to see if that makes the difference.

It happens for all podcasts, not just one. And I have tried logging out twice in a row but the issue still persists.

Hi @MihailY and @Eni sorry for not getting back to you. I submitted the problem then forgot about it. This seems to be working now on the latest version of Spotify. Thanks for passing it on to the team
