Congelación app spotify y carga de contenido muy lento

Hola tengo un problema con la aplicación desde que compre el dispositivo, experimento congelaciónes o carga muy lenta, tengo un buen Internet y no se que solución dar.

It'd be great for you to try with a clean reinstall and start with a brand-new as well as the latest version of the Spotify app to see if what you reported gets fixed.

Amigo hize la instalación limpia con los pasos que me diste pero el problema sigue y no es el teléfono ya que lo tengo restaurado de fabrica de la mañana y es mala optimizacion de la app, ya que sus versiones anteriores no me pasaba esto.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop and sorry to hear my suggestion didn't help. 

 

Just to double-check, are you using an SD card with your phone? Asking since you might need to format it as well before re-installing Spotify. Also, if you're using one, make sure it's not formatted as 'Internal' memory since formatting an SD Card to be used as Internal memory (called 'Adoptable Storage') creates issues with the Spotify cache.

 

Also, it'd be helpful to confirm that the Spotify app has all the required permissions on your phone and is white-listed for any battery-saver or cache-cleaner apps or tools.

 

If you still experience what you reported after trying these steps, would you mind letting someone else log in to their own Spotify account while using your phone to see if the issue can be reproduced? This will help us understand whether or not the issue can be specifically related to your account.
