Connection available without showing an error

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia ZR and lately Spotify does not allow me to leave my playlist in "Available Offline" and displays a message that says "sync error, unknown error - continue". I need help because I have a paid account Primium.

Are you trying to synch local files or download spotify content? Does this happen over wifi and 3G?

I'm trying to download files to my smartphone, but this happens when I use my wifi connection (home and office) or 3G.

Could you try reinstalling Spotify. If that doesn't help,reset your devices from this page.
