Content saving to library but not being downloaded.

Hello,

For some reason my podcasts/songs are not being downloaded but only saved to my library. When I go to to download them it says it has been added to the library but there is an 'x' and the little green arrow is greyed out. I have never had a problem with this in the past and I pay every month for premimum so I am really confused as to why this is happening. And yes, I am connected to the internet and no, I am not offline.

In the picture I attached you can see what I mean. The 3 podcasts on the top of the list have a greyed out arrow, rather than the ones below, that I have downloaded before, that are in green. Also, the message that comes up when saved. That used to be a check mark and now it is an 'x'.
