Daily Mix playlists don't work in App

I have a Family plan account in the USA.  I use a Pixel 2XL running Android 9.  My desktop is a PC running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

My Question or Issue

The Spotify App will not retrieve, display or play any of my Daily Mix playlists on my mobile phone.  When I select one of them I get a spinning green circle for a while and then the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please give it another try."  Discover Weekly and Release Radar do not have this issue, just the Daily Mix playlists.  These lists  can be pulled up, and played on my desktop app, and once they are playing on the desktop I can listen to them on the phone app or other connected device.  I have tried to delete all storage for the phone app and reinstall without any change in the problem.

Just to confirm, are you not able to see your Daily Mixes in the mobile app for Android? They normally live in Home under Made for [Your Name] (you have to scroll down a bit), or you can find them by searching for Your Daily Mixes (it should appear as a Genre).

 

If you're able to see them OK, but you're unable to play them, could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your phone following these steps, making sure to clear your data as well (step 4)?

 

If that doesn't work, could you let us know the exact Spotify version that your phone is running, as well as sending us a screenshot of the error you're seeing? We'll take a closer look.
