Deletes and re-downloads entire library

This morning my app deleted and then re-downloaded my entire library -- over cellular. I left the "download over cellular" option on because I use it occasionally and I expected that any decision to download would be mine, and not that of a buggy app. The 2.4GB that downloaded this morning before I realized what was going on cost me $24. Not cool.

Last night I learned that even after I turned the "download over cellular" option off, the Spotify app continued to download my library. 4.3GB in total -- or $43 cost to me. Because of a bug. In an app that I pay for. Totally unacceptable.
