Did a hard reset on my phone, now i cant access music saved to sd after reinstalling

Hi alienamplified. Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Since you reinstall the app, it would delete all songs you have downloaded offline. To make them available again, you just need to re-sync them. The steps are provided here.
