Do playlist of albums originally bought on Itunes Count toward 10000 limit

I recently got a new phone and I'm having to download songs for offline use. When I did this some years ago on my other phone I seem to remember that albums originally bought from Itunes could be imported to Spotify as playlists and they didnt count to the 10,000 offline limit. Is this still the case?
