Does it cost money to "download" the spotify Lists in the mobile Phone?

No there will be no costs from downloading them on your mobile device. This is a premium feature. 😉

The only costs you might run into are from your provider if you sync over 3G without a data flat/ sync abroad.

If you use wifi - no costs to fear in any way! 😉
