Download Music to SD Card on PC, open it with android app

Hey community,

just a quick question. 

I want to download a playlist on the PC app and then transfer the files (spotify original, no illegal converting) to a sd card and use those files with my android spotify app. So i dont need to download it with my phone. 

Is this possible ? Does android and the pc app use the same file system so that my phone will recognize the files on the sd ?

It can't be done. Spotify downloads can only be played on the device which downloads the content.
