Hello,

i just got my Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and installed the Spotify App to download music to the watch.

The Problem is, I can't see my Playlists or Albums in the watch App.

There are just things like 'Heavy Rotations', 'Shows' and other suggestions from Spotify but NOT my content. Did you forget this really important feature?!?

Or how can I download a specific playlist or album?

What can I say... It works after allowing Spotify the storage access. Great. Now I see all my playlists and albums!!

Seemed that when clicking any track while downloading a playlist, Bluetooth settings popped up. By disabling Bluetooth, the download actually finally finished. I don't understand why...

My Question or Issue

I have been using Spotify on my Samsung Gear S3 watch. All of a sudden,  since last week, the Spotify menu interface has changed, and I am not able to download my playlist on my watch for offline listening. Please help.

I have the same problem with my watch active2, i can't see the content of my account, no playlist, no artist, nothing.
