My Question or Issue

The last couple of weeks I have a problem with Offline albums. I downloaded all my albums. But after some time (usually less than 3 days) the albums look like not downloaded so I am not able to listen to it without internet. But, they are in the device because the size of the folder with music is the same as before. When I connect to the internet and click on download album, it is downloaded in the same moment so it looks that album had been on the device whole time. It is really annoying because I go out and I am not able to listen more than 70% my albums but they are on my mobile phone. I do everything which is here https://support.spotify.com/cz/using_spotify/the_basics/listen-offline-troubleshooting/ but without effect.
