Downloaded music... how to play them all?

I use a lot of  my android spotify on offline mode.

I can shuffle in one playlist, in my songs.

I would love that we could shuffle in all the effective donloaded songs and not some of them.

A full dowload shuffle mode....

Do someone know how it can be done or if it's not an option.
