Downloaded songs not storing to SD card. Taking up all internal storage.

Is there a way I can get Spotify to store songs to the SD card.

This is entirely possible by the following steps:

(Ensure SD card is not formatted for internal storage)

1. Open the SPOTIFY APP.

2. Click the picture which is 3 horizontal lines.

3. Click the COG wheel in the bottom right of the menu that appears for settings.

4. Scroll to the bottom to the OTHER section for STORAGE location preferences.

Turns out my SD card was formatted as internal memory. In order to have the
option to choose a storage preference, it must be formatted as portable
storage. After formatting the card again, I have resolved the issue. Thank
you for the help.

I do not have this option. Under the other section there is "delete data
and cache" and "log out".

Can you check if there is an update available for Spotify on the Google Play store.

Then do the same as above
