Downloaded songs not working in Offline mode despite Premium

Whenever I try to listen to music in offline mode, it'll only finish (or play most) of the current song it had ready, but once the next song starts it just sits at 00:00 and doesn't progress. The album art is also just a blank square with a question mark. I've tried redownloading the app, and redownloading the playlist and neither have worked thus far. Tried using 4 different SD cards and still the same issue with fully clean installs on each one. The playlist also has less than 2100 songs.
