Downloaded songs undiscoverable after reinstall

I had my phone (Xperia X) restored to factory settings, prior to which I removed the microSD card to save my data. All of the spotify downloads were being stored on SD card, and they are still there (a folder in Android/data/com. spotify.music is couple of gigabytes large). I restored my apps with google account preferences, logged back in and all of my saved albums are there in Your Music, but none of them is available as Downloaded.
Are there any solutions you can come up with?

The downloaded music is encrypted and tied to the spotify app on a particular device. A factory reset will have broken the tie so all you can do now is to delete the folder android/data/com.spotify.music, reset the spotify storage location to SD card and redownload your music.
