Downloads deleted when i alter my playlist?

Hello,

I was wondering what happens with downloaded songs after i change my playlist.

So for example;

If i download a playlist on my device, and 1 week later i remove 1 song from that playlist, will that song be deleted from my device?

Another example;

I set the Top 50 Worldwide to download automatically, so whenever a new song gets to the top 50, my device downloads that song. But if a song drops out of the top 50, will it be removed from my device as well?
