Spotify not launching on android wear 2.0

I have a new Ticwatch E running android wear 2.0 and a Oppo R9s running android 6.0 and i cannot launch spotify, it just gets stuck on 'connecting' and then crashes. Anyone have the same problem or a solution?Cheers

Two albums greyed out but working for my friend
