Downloads on SDCard dissapear after reboot

Hi there,

My 3mo trail expires today and I still have a major issue that I cannot accept as its very important to me.

When I download playlists on my MicroSD card, its working fine and without any trouble. However, sometimes when I reboot my device, the whole downloads are gone out of nothing. They just dissapear and I can download everything again....

I am going to holiday soon, want this issue to get fixed or I change to another service where it works, simple as that.

I use Nougat 7.1.2 with a Samsung Evo+ 256GB

Every other app is working fine with my card, its just Spotify that doesnt like it somehow.
