My Question or Issue
Hi Jeremy, both phone and speakers are running on latest firmware update. I will get in contact with Samsung and Libratone support teams to see if they can help. Thank you very much for all your help.
Hey again @Nando61,
Thank you for your reply.
No worries 🙂 We're always one reply away if anything comes up.
Take care!

Please let us know if they helped you. Cheers.
Hi Teron, I dont think the problem is with Samsung at all cos, as I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, I get the same problem when I use my android Lenovo tablet. I got in contact with Libratone support so I am just waiting for their replay. I will let you know..
Hi again...well the problem its not with my speakers as Libratone support confirmed it. So the issue persists...I dont know what else to do. Still happening to you or did you find a fix? Cheers
Thanks for getting back to us.
Could you send us recordings of what you see at your end? You can use the Insert Video option in the post editor to do this.
@Nando61 you mention in one of your posts that although the content is displayed as greyed out, you can still play it, is that correct? @TeronG could you please confirm if that's the case with you as well?
On another note- does this occur only when using the speakers or with Connect in general? Do the playlists appear greyed out when using Connect with two smartphones or a smartphone and a laptop?
We appreciate the time you've taken to troubleshoot this and are looking forward to your replies!
Hi, nearly two years on and same problem persists. So frustrating. The content of the playlist are greyed out but still playable. It occurs only when speakers are on connect, so with the same speakers through bluetooth and no issue 🤔
I am using samsung smartphone. But I noticed that when using ipad no issue 🤔 Cheers
Hey @Nando61,
Thanks for the post.
Can you clarify if there is no issue when you cast from the phone to the iPad via Connect, or when you cast from the iPad to the Speaker?
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
