Equalizer disappeared Android Nougat

I cannot find the Spotify equalizer that was previously there. It's not under any settings to my knowledge. I don't want to use another app and I was wondering where it went.

Running Android Nougat on the Oneplus 3. Spotify version 7.5.0.1076 armV7

There never has been a spotify equaliser - the app just uses the system equaliser. If you search google you'll find many links like this one.

OK but there used to be a section under Spotify settings saying equalizer.
This "equalizer" worked with my Bluetooth headphones but the standard
Android equalizer is grayed out and I wasn't sure if it was Spotify or
Android.
