I have Spotify Premium after i recently factory reset my device and went to the settings most of the options were greyed out. I wanted to change the Sound Quality when i noticed this. Any idea what i could do?

If you're using connect, you need to switch back to play on your android to get all the options back. Otherwise only the ones relevant to playing through a connected device are available. This seems to be a recent, sensible but confusing change.
