Galaxy S7 Edge - Android 7.0 Nougat - Spotify randomly pauses music

Galaxy S7 Edge - Android 7.0 Nougat - Spotify randomly pauses music

Hi everyone,

My spotify app is randomly pausing music without touch it.

I set the application in a "out of battery control" mode and I don't use the energy saver mode.

Someone is facing the issue ? How can I solve it?

Thanks for your help,

Regards

Hi Maria_B,

  • Can you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event?
    • Not specifically...
  • Can you let us know what Spotify version you're currently using?
    • Version 8.4.4.810 armV7
  • Does this happen when trying to stream music through 3G/4G or on WiFi?

    • This happen through 3G/4G/WiFi and also with music offline (i'm premium)
  • Is this happening across all your devices?
    • To be honest I only use Spotify through my smartphone

I tried : logging out, delete the cache, delete the app and reinstall the app, always i'm facing this issue.

Thanks

I'm facing this issue too.

My solution was to flash a new ROM... since, I've no problem.
