Group session listen on same device

When I join a remote group session it doesn't give me any option to choose what device to listen on.

I want to listen on the same device as the session host, but instead it just defaults to listen on my device with no option to change it. How do I fix this?

This should be an available feature as mentioned in the support page:

It also used to be possible in the old group session feature.

+1 I want to bump that this is still an issue.
Setup: Driver's iPhone connected to car (AndoidAuto for gui + AUX for actual sound), session shared among passengers does not allow us to listen and/or change songs playing right now. If anything it does play music on our phones together with host. It would be nice to pick a device to play on if noone of bluetooth speakers are present.

Workaround: If changing songs works for you, mute non-host phones. Although Spotify will "play" song on your device, you can still switch songs 🙂

please fix this for wired devices too, like in the old group sessions!!
