[Help] Downloaded Playlist can be play, but without sound?!

My Question or Issue

We have an Android box that setup and link with the speaker & sound system.

We have a PC that installed with Spotify apps.

We have install Spotify on the Android box too.

We are usually playing Spotify app on PC, and ensure it is connected to the Android device. We can play ANY song from Spotify and it will be link to the Android box and play the music through the sound system to the living hall.

Recently we add some local MP3 files from PC to a playlist, and intent to play it through the Android box.

After some reading, we do aware that the local files need to be sync/download at the android box to ensure it can be play remotely.

But here is the issues, the song play, we can see the times are counting down sec by sec, but there is no sound output at all... and i can't figure out why is this happen?
