When you say reset, what is it you are actually trying to achieve?

Well I don't know what happened to my Spotify account but I can't hear any
music the past month

On just android or have you tried with other devices such as the desktop app or Web player?

If android can you try a clean install, use the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature to ensure you get a completely clean install.

The problem wasn't solved, like when I press shuffle play no music were played
