Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

Just to confirm, are you currently on the Free ad-supported version?

If so, and you tapped the 🚫  icon unintentionally, you should be able to un-block that song by going to Your Library > Playlists, scroll to the very bottom and open a playlist called "Hidden".

After that, you can tap the 🚫 button again to change the settings.
