How do I allow an artist to play?

My Question or Issue

Somehow I blocked an artist on the app, don't know when and now, even though the artist is not blocked anymore, I can NOT play any of her songs. The app tells me to "allow the artist to play on mobile phone" but the artist is NOT blocked. However, when there is no wi-fi or cellular data connection the app plays the songs? I tried to block-unblock the artist but it did no good. How do I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

To unblock an artist:

• Open the Spotify app on your phone. 
• Go to the artist's page. 
• Tap the three dots . 
• Tap the Don't play this artist  option to unblock the artist. 

If that doesn't help, you can try this:

• Open the Spotify app on your phone. 
• Go to Your Library . 
• Scroll all the way down. 
• Tap  Hidden. 
• Look for the artist and unblock them.
