Hi,
I remember I was using nokia mixradio app that automatically created a radio station that I can listen to offline after I mix 3 artists together.
I am a premium spotify user so how do I do the equivalent on the spotify app for my androiod phone?
Unfortunately you cannot currently do this. You may like to ad kudos to this idea: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Offline-Radio/idi-p/167584
Ok what about automated generated playlists that can be downloaded for offline hearing after the user input their favourite artists?
When searching for online playlists on spotify can the user download the whole playlist for offline hearing?
Or when will these features be available?
If you find a playlist you like,
Click on the follow button at the top.
Now the playlist will appear under your "playlists" list.
Go into the playlist and do this:
Same thing for the playlists that you make, except you don't have to follow it first because it's already yours.
When I press follow and go to the playlist I don't get the option to download the station. I can download individual songs or albums to my playlist but not stations.
So IDK if you're still looking for a solution to this, but I found something of a workaround that can have you download a large portion of the radio station for offline use.
If you click the menu button (it's the circle with the three periods in it, there's an option to add all songs to a playlist. Once you create this playlist, you can download it and it'll be just like listening to the radio station for about 2 hours (since it's the same songs).
Anyways, hope this helps 🙂
