How to remove downloads from a broken phone

Hi I am a daily spotify user, I have recently broken 2 phones ( dead screen and operating system dead) that both have a lot of downloaded songs on them. I can't download on any other devices. How can I get rid of downloads and be able to download on other devices again. thx

If you're not able to access the phones we recommend that you contact our customer support. They should be able to help you remove your offline devices from their end.
