I am not able to download any songs

All the songs are in a playlist but still I am not able to download

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
  • What is the exact behaviour? Does the download never start? Does it never complete? Are the songs greyed out after download?
  • When did this start happening?
  • Do the songs play normally otherwise?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
