I can no longer follow Frank Zappa

I am a premium subscriber on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Recently certain artists have removed the Following tag, and I can not add it back to the artists for any length of time. Frank Zappa, Great White, Richie Kotzen among others remain unable for me to follow. I have uninstalled the app, turned off my phone and reinstalled the app. Every time I try to follow these artists again, the tag is lost when I close Spotify. I have followed other artists since losing the above mentioned, so it's not an issue with number of artists being followed. Please help!
