I can not see playback in progress without internet connection

Hello Friends of the Spotify Community,

I have the following issue, when I start my Spotify somewhere without an Internet connection (for example underground train or some location without GSM / 3G / 4G signal). Sopotify does not show me the playback I was listening to when I disconnected the headset.

Supposedly a bar underneath should appear indicating the song in progress and its progress.

I must get internet connection to appear or select a song from my playlist and start it to listen. My problem is that I like to continue what I was listening to exactly where I left off. This is normal?, because with my Windows 10 mobile did not have this inconvenience.

I clarify that my playlists are downloaded and I have a family account
