I can't connect headphones

Hello, I have a problem with listening to music through headphones. They just don't connect. Spotify shows that the headphones are connected to the app by the bluetooth, but I can't hear music through the headphones. Plays in the phone booth. What to do?

Does this issue only appear with this specific Bluetooth device? I'm thinking it might have something to do with its pairing settings.
Try going to your Bluetooth settings on the phone and select your headphones. Look for the 'Use for' options and make sure 'Audio' is toggled on 🙂

In case this is on but the headphones still refuse to work with Spotify, try unpairing them and then re-pairing them again.
