I can´t creat ore use my owne playlists on mobile

I can´t create or use my owne playlists on my smartphone. 

I had reinstall the app and restarted my phone. But it´s still not working. 

At the webbrowser I can create playlist an see them on my phone but can´t use them.

Could you tell me more specific and clean what is happening? If possible, take some screenshots to illustrate your issue and help to understand it and give you a solution.
