I can't find a solution to my problem!

I pay for premium service and it seems I can't find a solution to my problem. My problem I've been having is that my volume stops at the last few seconds of the track that I'm listening to but the music looks like it's still playing on the app. So, everytime that happens, I have to press pause then press play for the sound to come back on! I've tried logging out and reinstalling the app numerous time and I still continue to the same issue. Can I please get a response to this email. I liked Spotify so much better then Pandora but if this doesn't get resolved in the next day or so, I'm forced to go back to Pandora!

Have you Crossfade enabled? Can you turn it on/off depending on whether it is enabled or not

Yes, I've tried that, also tried turning on and off the EQ setting, tried
the gapless setting on and off and now, it's effecting even when I play the
radio part of Spotify. I also reinstalled the app two more times today and
still shuts down after each track.

Well, I did follow your steps exactly fo your instructions. I then played Spotify for approximately 75 minutes and not one single track stop like it did before! I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed, but I do consider my problem resolved! Thank you for help and communication through this issue, have a great weekend!
